I'm an engineering leader who transforms complex technical challenges into scalable solutions that drive real business impact. With two decades of experience spanning AI infrastructure, cloud-native systems, and full-stack observability, I've built and led high-performing engineering teams at companies like Netflix, DigitalOcean, and most recently as Head of Engineering at Middleware (YC W23).

Currently, I lead engineering at Caylex AI, where we're building the infrastrucutre layer that allows AI agents to interact efficiently with users with the external world. I focus on aligning vision with execution, creating efficient processes, and mentoring engineers to grow into impactful leaders.

Mentorship is core to my approach—I’ve conducted over 50 mentoring sessions through PlatoHQ and received a perfect 10/10 rating from mentees, ranging from individual contributors to engineering managers.
